On Saturday, August 15, from 7 to 9 am, Middle school and Upper school Cross Country runners gather to run the Medley Race. Along with the opposing team, Coram Deo Academy. Coram Deo won nearly all the races against MCA Cross Country runners, but against MCA Upper School girls, MCA took the lead.
Camden Holley, a sophomore runner, said, “I feel like I ran pretty fast, even though I passed at the end. I hope that the rest of the season is even better!”
Although the 1k relay may have been hard, every runner pushed through and finished the relay with grit.
