Red velvet cake pops

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 bag white chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 F and spray cake pop pan. Mix all ingredients until smooth, spoon out batter into cake pops pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let the cake pops cool. Pour white chocolate into bowl. Microwave stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Dip cake pope into white chocolate. Refrigerate and enjoy.
