There are many McKinney events are happening this month. There are tons of opportunities for children and families to spend time together while participating in many fun events. This upcoming Friday, May 5th, the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary is hosting a nature themed story time for the children of McKinney. The stories cover a different part of nature each week, having puppets, live animals, and other items to enhance the kids’ learning experience. Story time is scheduled at 10:30 to 11:00am, typically lasting around 30 to 45 minutes. It is free for all Heard Museum members and general admission for the public.
