This week’s Senior Spotlight features Megan Garms and Jeremy Chiang.
Megan Garms has attended McKinney Christian Academy since the sixth grade. She loves soccer and has played for club teams outside of MCA as well as for MCA. She has participated in NHS and MCA’s Varsity Soccer team as a starting Striker. Outside of sports and school, Garms enjoys spending her time with her friends and family. Garms is not sure which school she would like to go to but she would like to study international business. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, it reads, “I can do all thing through Christ who gives me strength.”
Jeremy Chiang came to McKinney Christian Academy as a freshman. Chiang was actually born and raised in Belize and speaks Chinese. At MCA he participates in National Honor Society and works with lower school students in the after school care program. His favorite Bible verse is 1 Timothy 4:12. It reads, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
