This year’s MCA Homecoming dance was held at the Student Life Center on Saturday September 16. The theme this year was Home Sweet Homecoming. This theme was chosen to emphasize the 25th Anniversary of MCA. The dance included Chick-fil-a, a s’more station, drinks, and best of all; a vintage photo booth. Everyone thought the dance was a blast including senior Avery Phillips said, “This Homecoming dance was my favorite dance yet, it has never looked better, especially the dance floor. I’m so glad that I got the privilege to have such an amazing dance with all my wonderful friends my senior year. It was the perfect last Homecoming.” Student Body President and Homecoming King, Will Harrall said, “Student Government put in a lot of hard work to make this dance happen and the feedback we got was absolutely amazing. My favorite part of the dance was going with my date Kate Witte. Overall it was my favorite Homecoming that I have been apart of.” It seems that most of the student body will agree that the 2017 Homecoming dance will go down as one of the best dances MCA has ever had.
