The Middle School football team dominated Providence at home Thursday. The Mustangs won by a staggering score of 36-12. They started out the game fast paced and they got a lead in the first quarter that carried throughout the rest of the game. Jay Thompson, eighth grader, returned a kickoff and took it to the house for his second time this season. Cameron Mitton, eighth grader, was elected the captain of the week and ended up scoring a touchdown for the Mustangs.  Eighth grader Grant Simpson said, “The game against Providence wasn’t without struggles at all, but at the end of the day, we pulled through with another win.” The Mustangs are still undefeated, and they play Shelton next on November 1.
