A Wrinkle in Time tells the story of a 13 year old, middle schooler,  Megan Murry. She has had a hard time ever since her father, an ambitious scientist, disappeared. At school things aren’t any better, her grades plummet and her classmates aren’t the friendliest when they hear about her father’s thoughts and studies. What makes it even worse is her father didn’t disappear but “teased”(in the movie/book this means to time travel) to prove everyone wrong. Now he is lost and a force known as the IT threatens everything. Megan  and a friend go on a dangerous journey guided by three supernatural travelers, Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which. They head to the planet which possesses all of the evil in the universe. The journey won’t be easy and there are many long, dark nights ahead.
