As school has continued to be online, seniors have not been able to participate in their normal senior year activities. Whether it is senior prom, wearing their decorated skirts on the last day of school, senior walk, and many others including picking up their graduation cap and gown. Senior teachers were able to drive to the students’ houses and drop off McKinney Christian Academy bags with their cap, gown and cords if they had any. When asked about how it made her feel that the teachers would do this for them senior Allie LeBlanc said, “It made me extremely happy but also sad because it confirmed that it meant we were not going to go back to MCA ever again.” MCA faculty found yet another way to make every class of 2020 senior feel extra special during this unpredictable year.
