On Friday, February 26th, the Lady Mustangs Basketball team played in their first round of playoffs against Coram Deo. The girls were ahead for most of the game but ended up with a tough loss of 49-43, ending their season. Sophomore Abby Thomas led the team in points, scoring 24 points. Sophomore Summer Utzig says about the game, “I think we played really well as a team and I’m sad the season had to end on a loss.” That night, the team also celebrated the seniors on the team, Annie Weichel and Nise Olawale, for senior night.
