Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Bark

Take away or add fruit and you can make this recipe your own. This frozen treat is healthy and refreshing, especially with summer just around the corner. You can enjoy this for breakfast, as a snack, or for dessert.
Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Bark
Notes
Store bark in the freezer at all times.
Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/8 cup agave (substitute honey or maple syrup)
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- pinch sea salt
- strawberries (3 or more)
- blueberries
- raspberries
- blackberries
- 1 kiwi
- chopped pecans
- granola, for garnish
Instructions
- Line a 9x11 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, agave, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt until combined.
- Rinse the raspberries and blackberries and add them to the yogurt mixture.
- Slice the strawberries and kiwi and add the to the yogurt mixture.
- Add a small handful of chopped pecans.
- Fold in the fruit and pecans until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle granola and blueberries on top for garnish.
- Set in the freezer for at least 50 minutes or overnight.
- Remove from the freezer and break or cut into pieces.
- Enjoy!
