Lower School had a blast at Kite Day on Friday, May 7. Every year in the spring, all of Lower School gets a day to fly kites. Each of the grades came out to the football and practice fields during part of their day. The weather was warm, and the students caught good a breeze for flying kites. Many of their parents also came to help. Kindergartener Christian DeLaBorda said, “The coolest kite I saw was a king cobra one.” When asked if he was excited for kite day next year, DeLaBorda jumped up and down and said, “Yeah!” Lower School had tons of fun flying their kites this year.
