Fifth grade teacher Karen Krusing is moving from Lower School to Middle School next school year. Krusing has taught for 22 years  and has served as fifth grade teacher at McKinney Christian Academy for the past eight years. Krusing said, “I’m going to miss having a ‘homeroom’, recess fun and Big DoG’s. But most of all I will miss my teaching friends!” Next year she will start as the sixth grade math and seventh grade Bible class teacher. Krusing is excited to teach and have new experiences in Middle School. She said, “I can’t wait to teach Bible again as well as collaborate with the other Middle School teachers.” Krusing as well as the Middle School students and staff are excited for the new changes next school year.
