On Tuesday October 26th, The McKinney Christian band performed for the annual Fall Band Concert at the student life center. The concert was held at 7pm and featured both the Upper and Middle School bands. The theme for the music was John Williams, the mastermind behind several music scores in many movies. The bands performed music from Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Superman, and E.T., all of which were originally composed by John Williams. When asked about how he felt the concert went, Senior Matthew Wong responded with: “The performance was great from the whole band, especially from the three soloists.” Students can look forward to the band’s next performance at Christmas.
