On August 9, students arrived at McKinney Christian Academy for the first day of the 2023 school year. Students were welcomed to school by the MCA cheerleaders and music from the Mustang band. Lower School class began at 7:50 a.m., Middle School at 7:40 a.m. and High School at 7:30 a.m. Students followed a short schedule and were dismissed at 11:55 a.m. for the day.
