Middle School D1 Volleyball Pulls a Win

On Tuesday, September 6, McKinney Christian Academy’s Middle School Volleyball team battled with Prestonwood North. The game was hosted at the MCA  in the Student Life Center. While rallying back and forth, the Middle School girls fought hard and came out on top in the first two sets 25-20. Eighth grader Blakely Scriver, “it started out rough, but we managed to come together and win in the end.”

The Lady Mustangs played again on September 8 against Grapevine Faith. The D2 mustangs came up short losing in the last two sets. On the other hand, D1 won in the first two sets and defeated Grapevine Faith. After the win, eighth grader Alexis Guerrero said, “we played really well together and this is one of the best games we’ve had so far.” The next Lady Mustang game is September 13 against St John.
