Middle School Volleyball Defeats St. John’s Episcopal To Win the TAPS Championship

On Thursday, October 20, the McKinney Christian Academy Middle School Volleyball team traveled to Carrollton, Texas to face off against St. John’s Episcopal for the TAPS Division 1 Volleyball championship. This game was held at a neutral site at Prince of Peace Christian School. The Mustangs headed into this game undefeated and prepared to put up a great fight. The game resulted in the Mustangs winning in two sets with the first set having a score of 25-17 and the second set being 25-12. After the game, seventh grader Bella Melton stated, “We played hard and it was a hard match, but our team’s support helped out a lot.”

This game completed their outstanding season of being undefeated and winning every set all season.
