On Thursday, December 1, the McKinney Christian Middle School boys soccer team prepared for their second game of the season. The game was away against Legacy Christian Academy. Before the game, eighth grader Lincoln Pogue shared how he was feeling about the upcoming game, “We came off a big win and I expect this team to be better than our first game. We need to be on our ‘A’ game today.” At halftime, the score was tied 0-0. After the sudden 4-0 loss, eighth grader Noah Faulkner was asked how his team can improve in the next game. “Hopefully all our players will be available in the next game, but we really need to work on our defense and communication.” The Middle School boys’ next game is a rematch against the Eagles at home on Monday, December 5.
