On Saturday January 21, McKinney Christian Upper School students danced the night away at the annual Winter Formal dance. The dance was hosted at the Guitar Sanctuary in Adriatica from 8:00 to 11:00 and this year’s theme was Great Gatsby. The night consisted of upbeat songs, slow dances and a 360 photo booth. Senior, Georgia Haggard, said, “My last winter formal was definitely my favorite, I got to go and spend the night with all my favorite people. It is also such an amazing feeling to hear one of your favorite songs come on, look at your friends and then scream and run to the middle of the dance floor. Dancing to California Girls will definitely be a memory I have forever.” Upper School students had an amazing time thanks to the hard work of student government and can’t wait until next year.
