Senior Spotlight: Karson Kuykendall and Sydney Scrivner

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Karson Kuykendall and Sydney Scrivner.

Kuykendall has been attending McKinney Christian Academy for the past ten years. While at MCA, she has been involved in band, NHS, varsity cheer and debate. Outside of school, Kuykendall enjoys working out, hanging out with friends and family, reading and baking. In the fall, she plans on attending Oklahoma State University and majoring in Plant Biology with a focus in Pre-Forensics. Her favorite MCA memory is going to FCC Nationals with her cheer team and celebrating after winning first place. A fun fact about Kuykendall is that she owns a small baking business and she has competed in two baking competitions.

Scrivner has attended MCA for a total of seven years. In her time at MCA, she has been involved in choir and theater. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, playing guitar and hanging out with friends. After graduation, Scrivner plans on attending Liberty University and majoring in Graphic Design. Scrivner’s favorite memory while at MCA was going to prom her sophomore year. A fun fact about her is that she plays acoustic guitar.
