Varsity Boys Soccer Defeats the Irving Highlands Blazers

McKinney Christian Varsity boys soccer team takes on Irving Highlands.

On Saturday, January 4, McKinney Christian Academy’s Varsity boys soccer team played against Irving Highlands. The Mustangs won 7-2 with senior Emilio Sanchez leading the first half with two goals, giving the Mustangs an advantage over the Blazers. Junior Breckin Billingham also scored two goals and sophomore Tripp Barbour scored one goal. Junior Captain Griffin Post said,  “I think the game was a great show of how much our practice and work on communication has improved our performance.” The Mustangs next game will be on Monday, February 6, against Pantego Christian Academy at Mustang Field.
