Senior Spotlight: Izzy Reed and Georgia Haggard

Today’s Senior Spotlight are seniors Izzy Reed and Georgia Haggard.

Reed has been attending McKinney Christian Academy for six years. In her time at MCA, Reed has been involved in NHS, Newspaper, fishing team and was an Upper School office aide. Outside of school, she enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking and reading. In the fall, Reed plans on attending Baylor University and majoring in Business and Entrepreneurship. Her favorite MCA memory was going to football senior night in the rain with all her best friends. A fun fact about Reed is that she was born in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Haggard has been attending MCA for nine years. While at MCA, Haggard has been Student Body President, varsity volleyball, varsity track, varsity basketball, student government, advanced art portfolio, parakletos and FCA. Outside of school, she enjoys playing volleyball, listening to live music and doing fun things. After graduation, Haggard plans on attending Baylor University and double majoring in Apparel Design and Entrepreneurship. Her favorite MCA memory was winning powderpuff football all four years. A fun fact about Haggard is that she can probably recite the entire script of the Pride and Prejudice 2005 movie.
