On Friday, April 28, McKinney Christian Academy Middle School had their annual Spring Formal Dance at the Heard Museum. The dance was limited to seventh and eighth graders from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Most students went out to dinner before heading to the dance. DJ Oren Pajela got the crowd dancing throughout the night. Eighth grader Mason Reeves said, “I had a very enjoyable time. It was a great environment and I had a lot of fun. Also, Collin Kinchloe by far had the best suit, with the pink really showing out.” Fellow eighth grader Joey Gunn also said, “I had a great time with the boys. This was my last middle school dance, but definitely by far my favorite out of any dance I’ve attended.”The next dance for middle school will be next school year homecoming dance.
