On Monday, November 6, McKinney Christian Academy held their annual Golf Classic at Stonebridge Ranch Dye Course. There were 118 players, and they were all in separate teams. The proceeds from the event went towards the enhancement of the Lower School playground and the dungeon. The first and last place teams got prizes. The first place team got a driver club, and the last place team got golf lessons. They had breakfast before the tournament and had an awards lunch after the tournament was concluded. Connie Gibson said, “It was great weather, and everyone had a great time.”

Hi, I'm Bailey and I'm a freshman. I have been attending MCA since 3rd grade. I enjoy playing volleyball, being with friends, and being with family. This is my first year in newspaper and I'm very excited. My favorite MCA memory is going to the championship for D1 in 8th grade and having an undefeated season. My favorite bible verse is Psalms 27:19.
"As water reflects the face, so one's life reflects the heart."
