On Thursday, January 11, the McKinney Christian Academy D1 girls basketball team played against PCA Plano at home. They tried their best but lost 11-33. When asked about her thoughts on the team’s performance, eighth grader Petra Westra said, “It’s a team we’ve never beat so we knew it would be a tough game. One of our starters got hurt so she couldn’t play, and we didn’t have enough energy win.”
