On Friday, January 19, McKinney Christian Academy had a pep rally for the end of Wild Week. The pep rally started with a performance from the Upper School cheer team. After they performed, the Middle School cheer team performed. Seniors Jax Marshall and Austin George then introduced the three-point contest. Coach Hamilton was the winner of the contest. After the contest, the boys’ varsity basketball team had a cheer performance. Freshman Evan Woodard said, “The cheer performance was entertaining; we didn’t know what to do at times, but that’s what made it funny.” The pep rally ended in prayer and the singing of the MCA fight song.
