On Thursday, April 25 the McKinney Christian Academy Middle School track team had a district meet at Oakridge Middle School. Some of the other teams included Grapevine Faith, Oakridge, and Temple Christian. Eighth grader Dusty Thibodeaux placed second in the 100 meters and first in the 200 meters. Seventh grader Laura Kuhlhorst placed third in the 400 meter. Seventh grader Chiara Villa also placed 3rd in the 800 meter. Seventh grader Cole Huffman got first in the 110 meter hurdles. When asked about how the track meet went Eighth grader Dusty Thibodeaux said, “I think it went pretty well, we worked as hard as we could.”
