On Tuesday, September 10, the McKinney Christian Lady Mustangs volleyball team played First Baptist Academy. The game had lots of energy and was fast-paced. Senior Kadence Ackmann had 11 kills, and senior Mia Gunn had 14 digs. First Baptist put up a good fight, but the Mustangs pulled through to win all 3 sets. The scores were 25- 16, 25- 20, and 25- 12. Freshman Ellie Mullins talked about the game saying, “ The game was good for trying out new plays that put our hitters in different positions. The team was pretty solid, so we got a good game out of last night.” The JV team won in two sets to secure the win against First Baptist.
