On Friday, October 4, Lower School hosted a chapel. During chapel, Captain Courage talked about the fruits of the spirit. The fruit of the spirit he talked about for this chapel was peace. The students started the chapel by singing praise songs. While they worshiped, the students performed motions to the songs. The students have been doing a program called “Mustangs on Deck.” In this program, the older grades are paired with younger grades for discipleship. The older grades can also pick up their partner to take them to chapel in this program. The “Big Dogs” worship at the front with their buddies. The Lower School students ended the chapel by learning more about fruits of the spirit and happy hearts.
