On Wednesday, December 11, McKinney Christian Academy had its annual Christmas Chapel. Middle Schoolers, Upper Schoolers, and staff gathered for Christmas songs and a powerful message on joy by senior Joy Allen. The worship team performed “Jingle Bells,” “Mary, did you know?” “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” and “Joy to The World.” When Freshman Lyla Schmitz was asked what her favorite part was she said, “My favorite part of The Christmas Chapel were the fun cheerful songs performed by our worship team.” When Junior worship band member Bradley Giroux was asked about his favorite part, he said, “Probably getting to do the Grinch song with Jackson.”
