Today’s Senior Spotlight is Teague Spivey and Katia Gordon:
Spivey has attended McKinney Christian Academy since his freshman year. While at MCA he has played baseball and was the campus anchor for Stang Station. Outside of school he participates in travel baseball. After graduation, he plans to attend North Greenville University to play baseball and major in sports communication/broadcasting or business. His favorite memory at MCA is playing in the state championship my sophomore year. A fun fact about Spivey is that he gets scared watching horror movies. His favorite Bible verse is John 13:7.
Gordon has been at MCA since second grade, during her time at MCA, she has been apart of the standard, advanced and AP Portfolio. She was a TA for fifth grade. She also played volleyball from her freshman to junior years. In her free time she creates art and has a part-time job. Gordon has her college search narrowed down to two schools, Oklahoma University and Purdue University, majoring in interior design. Her favorite memory at MCA is talking with her friends during break. Her fun fact is that she has an Akita. Her favorite Bible verse is Corinthians 4:18.
