On Wednesday, February 13, The Mustangs Men’s Varsity Soccer team secured a dominant 4-1 victory in their district game. Junior Kody Zbranek opened the scoring, giving the team an early lead. Sophomore Luke Dreffs and Junior Noah Melton followed suit, adding to the Mustangs’ commanding advantage, before senior Tripp Barbour sealed the win with the final goal. The team’s impressive performance helped them earn a crucial district victory. We asked Dreffs about the game and he said “We came in there 5-3 in district against formidable Dallas Christian team.”
The Mustangs next game will be on Monday February 17 against Dallas Christian.
