On December 8th, Ladies from Middle School and up at McKinney Christian Academy joined together for a wreath-making event. All funds raised from this event were set aside for a Christmas bonus for MCA staff members. Participants enjoyed a raffle, a silent auction, a DJ, chocolate fondue, and a holiday photo booth. While decorating and constructing Christmas wreaths, they let their creativity run wild. An extra opportunity was given to help others in need with the reward of an extra raffle ticket. Ladies brought unwrapped Christmas toys to support Webb Elementary. This Wreath It Up event was held to spread a little extra Christmas joy to the MCA community and beyond. When Ann Marie Tennison was asked about her experience at the Wreath It Up event, she said, “The event was such a blast. This evening was filled with fellowship, friendship, and fun. It was a wonderful fundraiser in support of the MCA staff.”
