On Monday, February 2, both McKinney Christian Academy middle school boys and girls played. The boys played against Providence while the girls played against POP. MCA middle school soccer had a mix of results. The MS boys’ soccer team lost to Providence 3–0 after trying hard against a tough team. They put up a great fight and never gave up. The MS girls’ soccer team had a great game and won 4–3 against Prince of Peace in a close and exciting match. They didn’t give up, pushing all the way through the game. Sixth grader, Weston Hall, said this about the game “It was a tough game, but we gave our best effort. And it sucks we couldn’t come out with the win.” Both teams will play again on Thursday, February 5.
