On Monday, March 9, the Oklahoma City trip left for their mission week. They served in ministries at churches to better serve their community. They specifically served in the Oklahoma City Dream Center and helped with their food pantry, clothing closet, and in kids’ services. The students served along with Mrs. Ogreske, Mrs. O’Hanlon, and Mr. Hope. When asked about her favorite part of the trip, Freshman, Claire McCarley said, “It was really cool to hang out with kids that were struggling and poor, and then see them enjoy the love of Christ. They probably enjoyed His presence more than we did.”
