Jasmine Nakaoka is currently a freshman and has attended MCA for two years. Outside of school, she enjoys playing the violin, going to international events, and hanging out with friends. Her favorite memory is going to France for two weeks with her orchestra, experiencing a new culture and performing at the University of Normandy and La Madeline. This is her first year in the newspaper as a staff writer, and she’s excited to write for the Mane Edition.

Her favorite bible verse is 1 Corinthians 16:14:
