The Mustangs baseball season has come to an end. MCA battled hard this season against tough teams and ended with a record of 9-12. Although their record may seem disappointing,  their season ended on a high with Sam Utzig throwing a 5-0 shutout against Waco Reicher on April 25th. Utzig commented, “Although this season didn’t turn out to be as successful as we had hoped, it was nice to end on a win.” Senior Captain Marcus Shanna said, “This season was extremely fun despite our record. I love this team and enjoyed leading them. I’m going to miss playing for the team next year.” The Mustangs ended strong with a successful win and look forward to a better season next year.
