The fourth grade Lil Stangs girls basketball season just came to an end this past weekend. Although the Lil Stangs struggled at the beginning of the season, they finished strong with a 28-18 victory. In their last game, assistant Coach Karen Chastain commented, “My favorite part of this season was watching how the girls improved from the first game to the last game. Many of the girls have never played basketball, but they all worked hard and learned a lot by the end of the season.”
