Senior Ruth Perry defends a Dallas Christian player in a rainy game.

The Lady Mustangs soccer team played Dallas Christian at home on Wednesday, January 21. Although the weather was rainy and cold, the varsity girls didn’t let the mud affect them and were able to become victorious with a winning score of 10-3. Sophomore Leigh Evan Kitzmiller, who plays forward, scored four points for the team. Seniors Annie Weichel scored twice and Micah McDowell scored once. Junior Paxton Crews, sophomore Sarah Krusing, and freshman Ava Thompson scored a total of three points. The Lady Mustang’s next game is at Tyler Grace at 5 p.m.
