Varsity Girls Soccer Team Dominates in Home Win

The varsity girls soccer team wins against THSA with six goals.

On Thursday, January 28 the varsity girls soccer team played at home against THSA. The Mustangs scored six goals as senior Annie Weichel and freshman Ava Thompson both scored a hat trick. Thompson expressed her excitement with the team and her hat trick stating, “Scoring a hat trick as a freshman was very exciting and makes me happy seeing the team work so well together. I’m looking forward to a win against Grace Community to put us in playoffs.” The Mustangs play their next game home against Grace Community on February 3 at 3:30p.m. for a chance to move into playoffs.
