The MCA Upper School students had the opportunity to experience chapel in a new way this past Friday, March 26. Instead of having two separate chapels and being inside, chapel was held outside by the cross with the entire student body and staff. The MCA praise band performed a collection of songs while students had the chance to worship. Campus Pastor Trey Postelle also gave a message regarding the crucifixion and resurrection story. When asked what he thought about this chapel experience Postelle said, “The band did an incredible job in leading the high school in worship. Ken Snow was awesome in getting everything set up and operating. It was a special moment for all of them as it was for the whole Upper School.” This gathering was an intimate and special moment for the Upper School students and staff. In celebration of Good Friday, MCA students will have Friday, April 2 off from school.
