Mustangs Football Season Comes to an End

On November 12, the Mustang football team played in a regional round matchup against Fort Worth Christian. The Mustangs fought back with a touchdown after starting off the game trailing 14-0, but the Mustangs failed to come back from this deficit, losing to the Cardinals 62-25. The leading receiver for the Mustangs was senior Zeke Long, with six catches for a total of 98 yards and a touchdown. Sophomore Cash Etheridge threw two touchdown passes and completed 13 passes for 144 yards. On the defensive side, senior Sebastian Claudio recorded one sack and a fumble recovery in his final game as a Mustang.
