On Thursday, October 20, the McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs Middle School football team faced off against Founders Classical Academy in a home game. Seventh grader Collin Nivens shared his thoughts going into the big matchup, “We got to go get a win to keep our season on track, this is a must win to keep winning season hopes alive.” The Mustangs came out on top with a final score of 48-40. After the game, eighth grader Joey Gunn said, “We could’ve played way better, we came out with the win but it was not a pretty one.” The Mustangs hope to finish this year with a winning season.
