On Tuesday April 18, the McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs varsity softball team hosted the Dallas Christian Chargers at the MCA Softball Field for Senior Night. As the game progressed, the Lady Mustangs made a brief comeback but ultimately fell short losing to the Chargers. Junior Allie Stephenson stated “We could’ve improved our offense all around, and we need to learn how to field the ball better, but we ran the bases very well and had very good communication all around.” After the game, the team recognized and celebrated their lone senior teammate, Meagan Stephenson who said “I feel so grateful that I could spend my last few weeks as a Senior with this team. I am so proud of how far we have come from the beginning of the season to now, both as a team and as peers.”
