On Tuesday, January 9, McKinney Christian Academy held an event to honor their senior wrestlers. The three senior wrestlers consisted of Christian Norwell, Tucker Scott, and Garrett Rodgers. All of the senior wrestlers walked out with their parents while introductions were given. Then, there was giveaway with a 100$ Petra gift card as a prize and a pizza party for the Lower School class that had the most students attending. All Upper School and Middle School wrestlers had their own match against another wrestler. There were two teams and one wrestler from each side would come out to go against one from the other team. Freshman wrestler Landon Mckeehan said, “I thought it was a great experience and showed the school what wrestling was about.”
