On Monday January 13, the McKinney Christian Academy Middle School boys’ soccer team faced the Shelton School at MCA. Despite their best effort, the Mustangs lost 5-1, with the only goal scored by seventh grader, Malachi Blake. Seventh grader Ethan Khan said, “The team was better than us. Our defense should have been better, and we needed more effort.” Although it wasn’t their best game, the Mustangs are committed to improving each day and are determined to learn from this loss as they prepare for the next game.
