On Tuesday, November 11, the McKinney Christian Academy Lady Mustangs secured an impressive 32–21 victory over the Lucas Christian Warriors. From start to finish, MCA maintained control of the game, never giving up the lead. Sophomore, Elizabeth Thompson, led the charge with a standout performance, scoring 25 points and grabbing nine rebounds. Sophomore, Petra Westra, added six assists, setting up key plays that kept the offense moving, while freshman, Carrington Landsford, made her presence known on defense with five steals. Sophomore, Lyric Scott, battled hard on the boards, contributing eight rebounds to round out a strong team effort. Reflecting on the win, Landsford shared, “The game was super fun! I can tell our hard work paid off, and I’m so proud of our team.”
The Lady Mustangs look to carry their momentum into their next matchup on Friday, November 14, against Coram Deo.
