On Monday, December 8, the MCA Mustangs girls’ basketball team had an impressive victory over Prince of Peace, winning 41-12. The Mustangs dominated the game from start to finish, showing great teamwork and defense. They held POP to just 12 points, making it tough for them to get anything going offensively. MCA’s offense was on fire, led by Sophomore, Petra Westra, with 23 points. The Lady Mustangs have great momentum heading into their next game on December tenth. Sophomore, Elizabeth Thompson, said this about the game, “We have done a lot better than last year, and we hope to keep it up.”
