On Friday, January 9th, the MCA middle school boys’ basketball plays off against Legacy Christian. MCA Boys Middle School basketball had an outstanding night as both the Division 1 and Division 2 teams earned victories against Legacy Christian. The D1 team controlled the game with strong defense and great offense, winning 49-36. The D2 squad matched that energy, battling hard on both ends of the court and making great plays. Both teams earned the win, but one player who stood out was Malachi Blake, who had a triple-double and showed great leadership. Malachi Blake, 8th grade, ” We fought hard, and it was a fun game. I am glad we came out with the win.” They next play on Thursday, January 15, against PCA.
