On Monday, February 2, the McKinney Christian Academy varsity soccer girls played their rivals, Dallas Covenant. The girls won 4-0. Junior, Aubrey Hagstorm, and Senior, Sadie Zbranek, each scored one goal against the Knights. Sophomore Elizabeth Thompson scored two of the goals for the Mustangs, continuing their undefeated season. When asked about the performance of their game, Freshman Kate Thomas said, “We played really well, especially because they were our rivals. The game was incredibly challenging to play, but also incredibly fun. I’m so proud of our team for how hard we fought!” Their next game is on Thursday, February 5, against Lakehill Prep.
