Lady Mustangs Defeat Shelton on Senior Night

MCA Varsity Lady Mustangs win against Shelton.

On Tuesday, February 3, the McKinney Christian Academy Lady Mustangs played against Shelton for the Senior Night Game. The Mustangs played hard and pulled through to secure a 57-7 victory. Sophomore, Elizabeth Thompson, led in scoring with 25 points.  When asked about how the Senior Night went, senior, Marit Carlson said, “Senior night was a bittersweet moment and a great game. I am so grateful to everyone who came out to support me!” The Mustangs play at All Saints on Friday, February 6th.

Carrington Lansford is currently a freshman and attending her fifth year at MCA. She enjoys playing basketball in the winter, cheering in the fall, and running track in the spring.
